Delivery on the Isle of Wight
Delivery on the Isle of Wight is free on orders over £30. Please select this option at checkout. Orders under the value of £30 will be charged by island postcode.
Deliveries on the island are available on Monday to Saturday.
A ‘local pick-up’ is also an option at checkout: as we are a small business it is advisable to call in advance to confirm a convenient time – 01983 717370.
(If your order contains alcohol someone will need to be home to sign for the delivery and this person must be over the age of 18. Village Gourmet operates a Challenge 25 policy and you may be asked for proof of age.)
Delivery to mainland UK
UK deliveries are limited to ‘mainland’ postcodes, generally excluding highlands, islands and other such extremities. If you would like to enquire as to costs for an area not included (Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland) please email; enquire@villagegourmet.co.uk.
Orders are dispatched on the next working day; deliveries are made by Royal Mail on Monday to Saturday.
Mainland deliveries are made via Royal Mail; hampers will require a signature upon delivery. You will also be able to track your delivery, but you may need to inform the recipient of its arrival.
